Co – Founder Hermione Crease shares her insights via this short Q&A;
Send us a picture of your team, workspace or product?
PurrMetrix ‘Kittens’ – Highly accurate temperature sensors transmitting data every 15 seconds
What was the need you saw?
Heating and cooling are typically 40% of a commercial building’s energy footprint, yet 68% of complaints to help desks relate to temperature. That tells us that a lot of energy is being spent on getting the wrong result and we want to change that.
Share a key lesson you have learnt over the last year?
So much! The importance of focus, the art of asking good questions and most importantly persistence.
What’s your tip to stay informed about your industry?
There’s no substitute for talking to customers, face to face or online. But you have to do your own homework about what might be affecting them – social media, industry journals and conferences all have a role to play, especially in B2B markets.
