Before the Start-up Storm – Event Infographic
At Discovering Start-Ups 2014 the next generation of UK start-ups, entrepreneurs and strategic dreamers/problem solvers pitch their wireless innovations to industry leaders serving as judges.
This year, the line-up of judges will include senior executives from companies such as Amadeus, BT, Broadcom, Cambridge Business Angels, Google, IBM, London Business Angels, Orange Labs, Philips Innovation Services, Qualcomm Ventures and Samsung Electronics.
In this context ‘start-ups’ refers to early-stage companies, as well as design groups in larger companies and students or academics, looking exploit new technologies and make ideas happen.
Five ultimate winners will each receive a start-up ‘springboard’ – a £500 cash prize sponsored by Qualcomm Ventures, the prestigious Discovering Start-Ups trophy,networking and mentoring support, and the opportunity to pitch to global wireless delegates at The Future of Wireless International Conference 2015 run by CW.
